Breath Medicine is a living offering created by Russell Blackstone that merges Biodynamics, Anthroposophy, the 8 Limbs of Yoga, Chinese Medicine (QiGong & more) & other practical & philosophical life lessons.
Born in northern Arizona & raised in Sedona, Russell is a father, farmer, alchemist & Spiritual student on a path to deepen his personal connection with Self.
He currently lives and manages a Biodynamic farm on Maui.
Russell’s purpose in this Life is to awaken more of his own consciousness while teaching, networking & creating tangible changes in our world.
